B: 2 "Arepas" with white softcheese and cutted avocado (it's some traditional food in this country)

Don't compare the look with the taste, it's really tasty and it has alot of flavor and texture.

L: liquid yogurt + nuts cereal (alot of both)

This is what i had for lunch at work

and this is what i coocked at home for dinner, but i think i cooked it on too much heat and it got burnt from the outside but stayed a bit raw from the inside
