A lot of new people have came, some older members gone (I'm still here), some people *cough cough Dann and Toothyy** cough cough are still going another year in the closet. A new steam sale has came... my fucking wallet All that being said, I think it's time we figure out who is the best CS player here, wouldn't you agree? Announcing.. Renegade Army 2014 MVP Tournament!! Now this is the third annual occasion of the MVP tournament, and it's going to be bigger, better, more cocks and everything! Get hyped! Don't know what the hell I'm going on about? Well neither do I! This is probably the best event I host every year, people seem to like it anyway. Basically we just dick around and make fun of each other in a variety of events that don't at all correlate to CS Last Year's Highlights Via Toothyy: [YOUTUBE]sM_YzlrU5Sg[/YOUTUBE] UPDATE 12/23/14 Okay guys, I have a date set for the first saturday of the year, January 3rd, 2015. (It's so weird typing that) The tentative time for that date is 6:30 PM EST time. If it's anything like last year, the event will run for at least 2 hours. More updates coming soon.... Oh boy! Here it is! About 24 hours prior to the tournament! I hope you guys are as excited as I am for this event! As promised, here are the event listings in order: 10-Man (Or however many more we have) What will be different from any other 10-man? We will not be playing best of 30, it will be best of 20. That means that first to 11 wins. Depending on the amount of people, we may have more than 10. That's fine as I can join or drop out should we have an odd number. Scoring will work as follows TBA Surf What specific events/map? We will be surfing on surf_ski_2 The 2 sub-events you can earn points on are: The Time portion, in which you will be timed to see how fast you can make it to the Buy Room There will also be a Skill Showcase portion, in which you will have one minute to dazzle your lovely, intelligent, better-at-you-at-life and overall humble judges (Being me and Hatch) There may be a surprise portion depending on time KZ This should be pretty self-explanatory... a race to the end, with points, and me making fun of you each time you fall. At this point, the top X scorers will move onto the final round.. A Knife Tournament (There will be a losers bracket as well) Contestants will be given time to warm up, and then will be into a round-robin tournament, which seeds into a single elimination. We will crown the winner to whoever has the most points after the event. More information to be posted... Feel free to pm me with any suggestions/complaints/comments/dickpics.
