Jcuzy Posted January 21, 2013 Alright before I give the recipe this meal should be served for dinner or possibly lunch. This meal is so DELiCIOUS it's like eating dinner at a resteraunt, it's literally DELICIOUS especially if you know how to not let the meatballs dry and with this recipe THEY SHOULD NOT BE DRY!!!!!! Also, this meal has just the right mixture of being SWEET & SOUR LITERALLY such a great combonation. So, Lets get started. 1. 2 Pounds of ground lean beef 2. 10 tablespoons of A.1. Steak Sauce 3. 1 Clove Garlic, Sliced 4. 3 Slices Fresh Ginger Root/ Remember To skin the skin of the Ginger root like you would a potato or you can use 3 Slices candied or preserved Ginger. Rember To WASH THE GINGER WELL. 5. 1 Large onion, SLICED. You want the onions shaped like RINGS. 6. 1 Hot or Sweet red pepper Sliced and Seeded. Remeber SLICED not DICED you want it to be a good size not something very small or small. You want it to be a good bite size. I prefer to use Sweet over hot for the combination of taste. 7. 1 Hot or Sweet green pepper, SLICED and SEEDED. Bite size like above. Again, I prefer sweet over the hot for the combination. 8. 1 Can of 8 1/2 ounces pineapple chunks in syrup, UNDRAINED. 9. 1 Jar 8 ounces Sweet Pickles, UNDRAINED. Do NOT CUT UP LEAVE IT the normal size. 10. 1/2 cup cider vinegar. 11.3/4 cup water. 12. 1/4 cup regina cooking Sherry. 13.1/2 Cup sugar. 14. 3 Tablespoons cornstarch. Okay now the Directions. 1. Mix Ground beef lightly with 6 tablespoons a.1. Steak sauce in a large bowl. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. 2.Heat Oil wuth Garlic and Ginger in a wok or large skillet; Brown Meatballs, half at a time; remove with slotted spoon and reserve. Slotted spooon is a big spoon with wholes in it. 3. Saute onion and peppers in drippings in skillet until crispy tender; Remove with slotted spoon and reserve. Drain pineapple syrup and juice from pickles into skillet; Add cider vinegar, 1/4 cup water, remaining 4 tablespoons of a.1. steak sauce, Sherry, and meatballs. 4.Cover skillet; simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through. 5. Combine sugar, Cornstarch and remaining 1/2 cup water in a small bowl; stir into a bubbling liquid in skillet. Add Sauteed onion and peppers, pineapple chunks, and mixed pickles;cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and bubbles 3 minutes. There is a picture so you know what it looks like and what I mean by bite size. I have actually made this myself before and it's absolutly delicious. Have a GREAT MEAL because FOOD BRINGS GREAT JOY. Later all. From iG.soLo-
