I was excited to see the pug server re opened just to find out it's only for steamers, can't you make it non steam aswell and make a .kick option?

Some of they already know that the final decision is made by the staff, but the users still vote for fun. I used to do it myself in another server

And if that doesn't work, just let the scrim continue normally and deal with a 4v5, if someone joins the scrim will still keep going and nothing will happen. There aren't much pug server nowadays, just let people find about this server and it will be full most of the times

I agree but instead of only being steam, also make it nonsteam, there are people out here that don't have money you know. To deal with cheaters, a kick system could be implemented so members can vote to kick a player for example:votekick (player) (reason)
